Mds Hotel Chillan

The room had great amenities like climate control, an individual safe, and pay TV. The staff was always friendly and pleasant. The hotel's location was excellent, close to Chillan and the restaurant.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mds Hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food in the restaurants - both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hotel also had a great shower with plenty of hot water and the internet worked flawlessly.

The hotel features a convenient location next to the highway and several dining options. One can choose from two restaurants, offering the same menu, or a quick bites cafe. the rooms are spacious and clean, with sufficient amenities such as closets with hangers and a decent bathroom. the hotel offers various facilities like a pool, gym, and spa, and a playground for kids. the breakfast is a nice spread, and the staff is cordial and welcoming.

But one thing that disappointed us is that the shower in our room required some maintenance.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture and decorations. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel's key location made it easily accessible with good parking availability. A big advantage was that the lobby and bathrooms were always sparkling clean.

Although the reservation for the sauna and spa was made the day before, there was no staff to attend to us when we arrived in the morning. the shower needed some maintenance and the security box and television did not work.

Luxurious amenities & great service This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were an oasis of relaxation. Our room was superb, featuring private facilities and beautiful garden views. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks for an unforgettable culinary experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Although the room was modern and clean, the AC was not able to be set on cool, creating stagnant air.

The facilities are great with a pool, gym and comfortable rooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is varied and room service is quick. We especially enjoyed the lagoon and playground for our child, and the location near the freeway was convenient.

We experienced some issues with the hotel. We were charged an incorrect amount on our credit card without prior notice.
